Using any computer that has a webcam you can easily publish your live video to the Wink Streaming Network and make it instantly available to your customers around the world.
There are primarily three methods to publish live video, using the free Flash Media Encoder available from Adobe or the built-in capabilities in Flash Player:

Flash Media Encoder
Adobe® Flash® Media Encoder 2.5 (and greater) software is enables you to capture live audio and video while streaming it in real time to Wink Streaming’s Network. When high-quality streaming is the priority, Flash Media Encoder 2.5 can help you broadcast live video quickly and effortlessly to the Web. It also offers the ability to record your video as you publish for later playback.
With an intuitive user interface that works efficiently with plug-and-play cameras and microphones, and compatible analog-to-digital converters, Flash Media Encoder 2.5 features support for On2 VP6 and H.264 codecs to deliver high-quality footage that provides size and bit-rate flexibility.
Flash Media encoder is currently only available for Windows – and can be downloaded from the Adobe Flash Media Encoder website.
Native Flash Player Publishing
For cross platform publishing direct from a web browser it is also possible to stream live video natively from Flash Player – this method utilizes the On2 VP6 codec.
